Jasmine Lee is the Chief Financial Officer of Binance.US. Jasmine has over fifteen years of experience in finance and consulting.Lee started their career at Ernst & Young in 2005, where they worked in M&A Transaction Advisory Services. In 2009, they left Ernst & Young to join Zolfo Cooper as a restructuring and turnaround consultant. Jasmine remained at Zolfo Cooper until 2011 when they joined PayPal as Head of New Ventures Finance. At PayPal, Lee held various positions including Head of New Ventures Finance & Global Pricing, Chief Financial Officer of Global Consumer Product, and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Consumer Product and Engineering. Jasmine left PayPal in 2019 to join Acorns as Chief Operating Officer. Jasmine was promoted to Chief Operating and Financial Officer in 2020 and served in that role until they joined Binance.US in 2021 as CFO. Jasmine Lee has a BS in finance from the University of Florida and an MS in accountancy from the University of Virginia.

A Harvard Law graduate, Katherine spent over a decade as a federal prosecutor, most recently in the Economic Crimes Unit of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, where she worked with the FBI, SEC, IRS and other agencies to prosecute cases of insider trading, fraud, and money laundering, among others. She also serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations.
