Eva is the Chief Legal Officer of GSR and oversees the firm's legal, compliance, and regulatory policy affairs. Prior to joining GSR, she was at AQR Capital Management, leading the firm's international legal and compliance teams. At Citadel, she oversaw the growth of Citadel's hedge fund and securities business in Europe during a period of significant market structure and regulatory change. Eva began her legal career at Clifford Chance and earned a First Class Business & Law Degree from City University, London.

Max Crown is CoFounder and Chief Finance Officer at MoonPay. Max started his career in 2004 with Mercedes-Benz McLaren, and has garnered experience across various finance, operations, and risk positions for over a decade and a half, spanning three distinct nations. Between 2008 and 2010, he took on the mantle of CFO for a high-end real estate firm operating in both London and Brazil, overseeing the entirety of its financial, tax, and regulatory frameworks. On the academic front, Max completed his Bachelor of Business Studies from City University, London in 2004, followed by a Master of Finance from London Business School in 2009. He later received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School in 2014.
Jakob Palmstierna
Jakob is the global CEO of GSR. Prior to joining GSR, he was Head of EMEA business at Two Sigma Investments and a board director of Two Sigma International. He has over a decade of experience developing business and investment solutions in systematic investment management, including roles at Winton Capital Management and Barclays Global Investors (BGI). Jakob holds a BSc in Economics from Lund University and has completed the MSc coursework in Economics (without dissertation). He also has a Ships Officers Degree, Class VIII from Chalmers University of Technology.
