David Cheng is a General Partner at Costanoa Ventures and a former Managing Director at DCM Ventures, focusing primarily on startups in the consumer internet, mobile, and O2O services sectors. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Accenture, where his work included strategic planning for clients in venture capital, healthcare, finance, and high-tech; he also worked at Streeteasy (later acquired by Zillow) and Citibank.
