He has over twenty years of leadership experience across Global Investment Management firms. For close to a decade, he served as Business Unit Head and Senior Leader at Bridgewater Associates, where he managed and transformed the Investment, Client, and Operational areas of the firm. Prior to Bridgewater, Jasper held several senior strategy and operational roles, including Global Head of Strategy at UBS, Head of Alternative Investment Strategy at Citigroup, and COO of Citigroup's Real Estate private equity business. He started his career at The Boston Consulting Group and has worked in the US, Europe, and Asia. Jasper has a LLM from the University of Cambridge and Finance, Economics, and Law degrees from Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he grew up.

Can Sun was previously general counsel at FTX. He is also a J.D. from Yale University.

Shane Molidor

Shane Molidor was CEO of Business Development at AscendEX, former Global Head of FBG One, which is the client-facing trading division of FBG Capital. FBG One operates an over-the-counter (“OTC”) desk to service clients seeking to trade large quantities of crypto assets, as well as a designated market making program to support token projects following issuance. FBG One trades upwards of $1B per month, and the team consists of over 20 professionals across trading, IT, and business development. Prior to joining FBG One, Mr. Molidor worked in business development at Gemini Trust Company, LLC: a fully regulated New York-based cryptocurrency exchange and custodian founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss. Mr. Molidor has worked alongside premiere trading institutions, token projects, and regulators in the cryptocurrency ecosystem since 2015. His experience has equipped him with an intimate understanding of exchange infrastructure, custody solutions, evolving regulation, and marketplace dynamics. Mr. Molidor holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and also attended The London School of Economics where he studied Economics.

Tim Wagner is the Co-founder and CEO of Vendia. He previously served as VP Engineering at Coinbase. Tim Wagner holds a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University in the United States, and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Aman Dhesi

Aman Dhesi is a Co-founder and CTO of Stelo Labs. Previously, he was an Investor, exploring, writing, and building projects. Ash Egan

Ash Egan is the Founder of Archetype and a former Partner and Web3 investor at Accomplice VC, where he focused on investing in blockchain and crypto-enabled protocols, applications, and companies. With a background in venture capital, Ash has held several prominent positions in the industry. He was a founding Principal on the venture team at ConsenSys, where he led investments in BlockFi, Vault, RocketPool, and Quantstamp. Prior to that, he worked at Converge VC, where he focused primarily on blockchain/crypto and machine learning applications, and led the firm's investment in Chainalysis' seed round. Ash received his AB in American Politics from Princeton University, where he captained the Men's Varsity Squash team and played on the National Champion Team in 2012. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and serves as an advisor to university students at Harvard Ventures and uConsortium. Ash has been published in Coindesk, VentureBeat, and the Boston Globe.
