Clara Tsao is the Founding Executive and Team Lead at Fil One, Founding Officer at Filecoin Foundation and Filecoin Foundation for the Decentralized Web, and Co-Founder of the Trust & Safety Professional Association and the Trust & Safety Foundation. Previously, she served as Worldwide Lead for GTM Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Microsoft, Marketing at Apple, Technology Policy Fellow at Google, Chief Technology Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and President and Board Chair of the Presidential Innovation Fellows Foundation. She holds a BS from UCLA and an MBA from Imperial College London.
