Chen Li is the General Counsel at RedotPay. Previously, she was the Strategic Partnership Lead for Greater China Region, ASEAN, Korea and Japan and the Head of Legal at Microsoft. Earlier, she served as Senior Vice President of Legal Group and Senior Legal Counsel at GigaMedia Limited, and was an associate at Fried Frank, Simmons & Simmons, and Haiwen & Partners. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
