For the past decade, I have told stories as a print and TV journalist (covering topics from US elections and the Syrian refugee crisis to culture and food), as a marketing manager, as a university lecturer on media and politics, and as an activist advocating for more constructive discourse on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. My hobbies include playing guitar and singing (badly), eating hummus, talking about hummus, and discovering interesting historical facts.
