Asheesh Birla is the CEO of Evernorth and previously head of RippleNet. He began his entrepreneurial career in Silicon Valley, founding a content management company that was later acquired by Thomson Reuters. He left Thomson Reuters in 2010 to lead product design for several Silicon Valley startups as a consultant. He has also served on the boards of Bitso, MoneyGram, Ripple, and other projects. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Wharton School of Business.
