Dilveer Vahali

Dilveer Vahali is currently the Head of Venture Legal at CoinFund, responsible for legal deal strategy and execution, and serving as a resource to CoinFund's variety of portfolio companies. Dilveer brings a decade of experience advising on M&A, venture capital investments and other transactional law matters. Most recently, Dilveer was the General Manager and Lead Counsel at TCG Crypto where he acted as the general counsel and COO of the fund, leading deal execution, strategy and operations. Prior to his work with The Chernin Group, where he also served as Deputy General Counsel for the funds at large, Dilveer was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he focused his practice on private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Dilveer has also served as a financial analyst in Citigroup’s Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions group and is currently a Lecturer in Law at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Star’ each year from 2018-2021. Vahali graduated with a BA in international studies from Johns Hopkins University before receiving his JD from the USC Gould School of Law and his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Jake has a background in mathematics and computer science, and his expertise includes distributed systems, web development, product management, private equity research, and startups. Prior to founding CoinFund, Jake served as a Partner and CTO at Triton Research, a technical product manager and engineer at amazon.com, and worked in financial technology in New York City for five years. With his extensive experience and knowledge, Jake is a leading figure in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.

Dmitriy Berenzon

Dmitriy Berenzon is the Partner at Archetype, former Research Partner at 1k(x), where he focuses on Crypto Research, Due Diligence, and Investments. In addition to Research, he spends a significant part of his week working with Portfolio Projects on Fundraising, Business Development, and Token Model Design. He was previously a Research Partner at Bollinger Investment Group, where he led Crypto Research and Investments, and worked with CoinFund, a Crypto-focused Investment Firm. Prior to this, Dmitriy was an Assistant Vice President with Deutsche Bank Labs, where he engaged with Startups, Investors, and Academia to discover, evaluate, and adopt innovative technologies into the Bank.

Oleg Golubov

Oleg Golubov is the former Managing Director, COO, and General Counsel of CoinFund. Oleg applies his legal, technical, and entrepreneurial experience to all of CoinFund's endeavors with a focus on investments and compliance. Prior to CoinFund, his diverse practice ranged from private equity transactions at Kirkland & Ellis to advising early stage tech companies. Oleg worked as a software engineer at Computer Associates before his legal career and has continued to program as a start-up founder. He holds a law degree from NYU School of Law and a degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University.
