Affaan Mustafa (alias cogsec) is currently Compute Trading Lead at Jump Trading and co-founder of Itô. He created the open-source Everything Claude Code (ECC) project and AgentShield, and ECC has gained wide attention on GitHub. Previously, he served as Head of Product and Founding Engineer at PMX Trade, where he built core trading infrastructure. He placed first in the Anthropic x Forum Ventures hackathon. He studied at the University of California, San Diego and the University of Washington.
