About imgnAI
imgnAI is a consumer-facing AI image and video generation platform. Users can create images or videos from text prompts via its web app, Telegram bot, or Discord bot. The platform promotes an "uncensored" approach, allowing adult content, and supports multiple state-of-the-art models including Google's Veo3, Seedance Pro, and Kling. Its core narrative is to let AI creation be free from platform restrictions, while rewarding active users with tokens. Users can pay with cryptocurrency for premium features and mint their works as NFTs.
The problem it solves is that mainstream AI tools have strict content moderation, limiting what users can create, and most tools have a steep learning curve. imgnAI lowers the barrier through chat bots and turns generation into a social activity where users can learn from each other.
In the past six months (March 2026 to September 2026), imgnAI focused on expanding video generation, integrating several external models, and launching new image editing features that let users modify images via text prompts. A defining milestone was the merger with Nova DAO in March 2025 to form IMGN Labs, unifying AI capabilities with GameFi, NFT, and DeFi expertise. The new $IMGN token replaced $IMGNAI and $NOVA via airdrop on the Base network. Concurrently, imgnAI introduced a staking and revenue-share model offering real yield in ETH, alongside plans for Layer 2 expansion to enable low-cost microtransactions and NFT minting, solidifying its long-term sustainable ecosystem.
