Details

Takadao is a blockchain-based mutual insurance protocol that leverages decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) to let community members collectively own and manage risk funds. It offers smart-contract-driven insurance alternatives covering non-traditional risks such as life, pets, and crypto assets. Users become members by purchasing and staking TAKA tokens, locking them to obtain coverage; claims are decided by member voting, and surpluses are distributed according to rules, enabling transparent, intermediary-free mutual aid.
