Kinetic

Kinetic, a Solana-native DEX aggregator, has advanced its institutional-grade infrastructure over the past six months. Its core product, SUPA (Solana Uniform Price Auctions), batch-clears all trades within each ~400ms slot at a single fair price, significantly improving execution efficiency. In July 2026, Kinetic announced a strategic partnership with AGI3, a subsidiary of Dubai DFSA-regulated Kinetic Group. Under the agreement, Kinetic will acquire up to 10% of FLUID tokens via secondary markets and OTC, while the Fluid Foundation will provide 5% of tokens for custody at regulated institutions in Switzerland, EU, Hong Kong, and Singapore, locked until 2030. AGI3 will grant a 2% equity stake to the Fluid Foundation. The collaboration focuses on AGI3 Markets, a permissioned DeFi instance for institutional users with KYC/AML, supporting lending and trading of tokenized RWAs (private credit, government bonds, commodities, equities, corporate bonds). All protocol revenue and incentive budgets from AGI3 Markets will be split 50/50. Looking ahead, Kinetic's roadmap emphasizes expanding institutional RWA liquidity, enhancing SUPA's cross-margin efficiency, and deepening integration with Solana's mobile ecosystem to bridge traditional finance and on-chain markets.
