About Keyring Network

Keyring Network provides a compliance admission layer for on-chain protocols, converting KYC and KYB already performed by banks and exchanges into reusable zero-knowledge credentials, so users can prove they belong to an eligible group without exposing identity data. Contract-level hooks verify credential validity, and only passing addresses may enter a pool, claim a distribution or move restricted assets.

The product comes in two tiers: Keyring Pro serves regulated RWA platforms, stablecoins and institutional venues with continuous monitoring, sanctions screening, Travel Rule exchange and a custom rules engine, while Keyring Connect offers lightweight verification for ordinary DeFi through third-party attestations. Combined with Euler's zkVerified markets and Laser Digital's fixed-income products, it places the compliance check before the trade rather than after.

Updated: Oct 30, 2026

On 2 September 2026 Nomura's Laser Digital and Keyring Network announced a partnership to build institutional fixed income markets on Euler Finance. The split is clear: Keyring supplies zero-knowledge access verification, quantitative risk parameters and liquidation frameworks, while Laser Digital's asset management arm acts as risk governor, setting collateral parameters, portfolio structure and credit standards.

The two firms frame the barriers to institutional onchain lending as permissioning, exploit tail risk, governance and settlement, and answer them with scalable ZK permissioning, risk modelling, institutional governance standards, cyber insurance and Keyring's un-wind settlement technology. Keyring had already built zkVerified markets with Euler and a similar deployment with Pyth on Avalanche, and ran a compliant USDC transfer proof of concept with Laser Digital in 2024. Neither side disclosed committed capital, fee structure or a launch date, and the first market's borrowers and lenders have not been named. The point is to move compliance from after-the-fact review to cryptographic proof at the door, so institutional money does not depend on manual whitelisting.

Keyring Network plans to land phased credit strategies on Euler first, then make the ZK compliance layer a portable module for more lending protocols and tokenised asset issuers.
