Foundation is an NFT real estate investment project consisting of 7,777 NFTs. Once minted, the funds will be deposited into a builder's wallet to acquire and develop luxury real estate. After the property is sold, 15% of the profit will be added to the builder's wallet, which will reinvest the funds into future builds and provide benefits to NFT holders. All membership benefits and party locations will be decided by the community.
