About ENI
ENI is a modular Layer 1 aimed at enterprise use, founded in 2024 and based in Asia. It splits the network into a Hub Chain and multiple App Chains: the hub handles cross-chain messaging and atomic execution, while each app chain produces blocks and bills independently, letting a company add a side chain rather than compete for public blockspace. Three layers sit above that. An AI agent execution layer lets machines call on-chain resources under preset rules, ENI PAY handles real-world acquiring, authorisation and settlement, and the base supplies RWA issuance and compliance audit interfaces so issuance, payment and reconciliation run on one path.
Customers are mainly institutions and government programmes in Southeast Asia, delivered largely as customised BaaS deployments, and on-chain activity still trails the commercial flows the network targets. Performance figures come from the project's own reporting, with little public third-party stress testing.
On April 28, 2026, enterprise-grade modular Layer 1 ENI launched a $1 million ecosystem acceleration program at Hong Kong Blockchain Week to support early teams in RWA and DePIN. Around the same time, ENI signed an RWA cooperation agreement with Eddid Financial to explore on-chain issuance and compliant circulation of traditional financial assets. ENI features a modular architecture and an RWA 2.0 framework emphasizing institutional asset digitalization.
Future strategy and roadmap: ENI plans to keep bringing RWA issuers and institutional partners through its acceleration program, refine its modular execution layer and compliance tooling, and promote on-chain circulation of real-world assets in Asian and Middle Eastern markets, further establishing its enterprise-infrastructure role.
