About CoinList
CoinList has evolved from a token sale platform into a comprehensive crypto financial services hub. Key milestones include: 2021 marked a breakthrough year with 42x user growth, $1.2B+ raised on-platform, and expansion into staking, lending, and trading. In 2024, CoinList launched its first fully on-chain token sale (Zama) via a sealed-bid Dutch auction, eliminating pre-funding and queues. The platform also reintroduced its auction feature after four years, allowing market-driven price discovery. A staking fund was launched supporting ETH, SOL, NEAR, SUI, and MINA, while the DoubleZero sale opened to U.S. participants for the first time in five years. These developments transformed CoinList from a simple launchpad into a full lifecycle partner for crypto projects, from token creation to secondary trading and community building.
Over the past six months, CoinList has shifted from a token sale platform to onchain capital markets infrastructure. After moving fully to a non-custodial model in 2025, it launched the Zama auction in January 2026, its first fully onchain, non-custodial token sale. In May 2026, CoinList introduced Passage, an "access and distribution layer" for onchain capital markets, integrating compliance, eligibility, funding, allocation and distribution to solve RWA fragmentation. Through Superstate Opening Bell, tokenized IPOs and Direct Issuance Programs are being offered to global users; investors can buy newly issued shares with stablecoins and receive shares directly in their wallets, with first offerings expected in Q2. Partnerships with Peaq and Dualmint add tokenized yield products. The official roadmap focuses on Passage as the universal access layer, letting wallets, trading terminals and exchanges offer tokenized equities, private market exposure, funds, vaults and more through a single integration.
