Details

BlockInvest is a blockchain-based asset tokenization platform that provides end-to-end infrastructure for the issuance and management of digital securities. It enables the conversion of traditional financial assets such as bonds and equities into on-chain tokens, covering the entire lifecycle from investor KYC/AML screening, token issuance, transfer whitelist management, to automated corporate actions like dividends and coupon payments. The platform features a no-code configuration, is compatible with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chains, and embeds regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, EU DLT pilot regime), helping financial institutions enhance operational efficiency, reduce intermediary costs, and achieve greater transparency and liquidity for assets while remaining compliant.
