According to market news, the UK Companies House has taken action to propose the deregistration of the cryptocurrency exchange Zedxion Exchange Ltd and other entities related to the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) that are under U.S. sanctions.

Zedxion has been included in the U.S. sanctions list due to its association with another sanctioned individual, Babak Zanjani, and the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The UK Companies House has published a notice on Zedxion's official registration page, stating: "The registrar proposes to take or has taken steps to strike the company off the register under section 1002A of the Companies Act 2006. This action relates to misleading, false, or deceptive information or statements in the company's registration application."
