EigenLayer: The Slashing Testnet is officially live

ChainCatcher message, EigenLayer announced on platform X that the Slashing testnet is officially live. The proposed protocol upgrade (ELIP-002) introduces slashing, which is a key tool for executing the economic commitments of AVS.
