KuCoin Thailand officially launched and is operating in full compliance

ChainCatcher news, cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin announced the official launch of its first fully compliant local trading platform under its brand --- KuCoin Thailand, now open for registration and trading for users in Thailand.

The platform has obtained regulatory approval from the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), supports deposits and withdrawals in Thai Baht, and provides localized, secure, and user-friendly digital asset services.

KuCoin CEO BC Wong stated that this is an important step for the company to deepen its strategic layout in Southeast Asia, further demonstrating its commitment to global compliance operations after registering in India. In 2023, approximately 13 million Thais are using cryptocurrencies, indicating significant market potential. KuCoin Thailand will open the door to the crypto journey for more Thai users and promote the development of the regional digital economy.
